Course Aims:
Practitioners will…
• Be confident to develop a woodworking area
• Understand the potential of woodwork for creativity and critical thinking
• Learn how to introduce woodwork safely, implementing an effective risk assessment
• Understand the most suitable tools for young children and how to use them
• Know where to buy the most appropriate tools and materials
Date - Wednesday 11th March
Time - 9am to 3pm
Venue - Benyon Primary School, Tyssen Place, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 6PG
Suitable for headteachers, senior leaders, EYFS leads and early years practitioners
Cost - £125 including lunch, refreshments and course materials - CAT Schools £75 (limited to 7 people)
Course numbers will be limited to 22 (including 7 from CAT schools)
